\nAs an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
\nYou'll be:

- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. \n
- Working alongside experienced teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning support. \n
- Helping children develop confidence, independence, and resilience. \n
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment. \n
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. \n
