Were looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of residential properties across London and Hertfordshire.

The Role:
\n Youll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, carrying out tenancy administration, ensuring properties remain compliant, well maintained and that both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
\n Managing a portfolio of mainly residential properties from start to finish.

Overseeing all aspects of Assured Periodic Tenancies (APTs) and non-APT tenancies.

Serving statutory notices, including Sections 8, 13, 21 and 42 where required.

Managing rent arrears and implementing effective recovery strategies.

Coordinating tenancy administration, referencing, tenancy progression and rent reviews.

Organising inventories, check-ins and check-outs.

Managing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.

Monitoring vacant properties and implementing strategies to minimise void periods.

Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and health and safety requirements.

Carrying out routine property inspections.

Working closely with our Property Management Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.

About You:
\n Were looking for someone who has:

A minimum of two years experience in residential property management.

A strong understanding of UK residential tenancy legislation, compliance requirements and the Renters Rights legislation.

Experience managing a residential property portfolio independently.

Confidence in serving statutory notices and managing rent arrears.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Experience using property management software.

A full UK driving licence.
