You'llbecomethetechnicalleadonsomeoftheorganisation'smostcomplexinfrastructureandcloudopportunities,workingcloselywithcustomers,salesanddeliveryteamstodesignsolutionsthataretechnicallyrobust,commerciallyviableandoperationallysupportable.

You'llbesupportingschoolsandtrustswitheverythingfromMicrosoft365andGoogleWorkspacemigrations,HPEAruba,CiscoMerakiandUbiquitinetworking,WindowsServer,VMwareandHyper-Vinfrastructure,throughtoidentity,security,backupanddigitaltransformation.

Thisroleisaboutfarmorethanproducingproposals.You'llleadtechnicaldiscovery,influencesolutiondirection,presenttoseniorstakeholdersandactasatrustedadvisorthroughouttheentirepresaleslifecycle.

You'llalsoplayakeyroleinternally,helpingtoraisethestandardoftheSolutionsteambymentoringcolleagues,creatingreusabledocumentationandtemplates,andcontinuallyimprovinghowsolutionsaredesignedanddeliveredacrossthebusiness.

You'llleaddiscoveryworkshopswithcustomers,understandingboththeiroperationalandtechnicalchallengesbeforedesigningend-to-endinfrastructuresolutionsacrossMicrosoft365,GoogleWorkspace,WindowsServer,VMware,Hyper-V,ActiveDirectory,EntraID,networking,endpointmanagement,backupandsecurity.

Workingalongsidesales,you'llshapestrategicopportunities,producehigh-qualitysolutiondocumentation,StatementsofWorkandHigh-LevelDesigns,whileensuringeverysolutioniscommerciallysoundandcanbesuccessfullydeliveredbythetechnicalteams.

You'llregularlypresentrecommendationstobothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders,includingseniorleadershipteams,buildingcredibilityandinfluencingdecision-makingthroughoutthesalesprocess.
