Reception Teacher Location: Bolton Start Date: September Contract: Full Time, Monday-Friday Salary: Paid in line with the Main Pay Scales A welcoming and well-regarded Primary School in Bolton is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their team. The Role: Full responsibility for planning, delivering and assessing in line with the EYFS framework Creating engaging, play-based and inclusive learning opportunities Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development Monitoring pupil progress and using assessment to inform next steps Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders Contributing to staff meetings, planning sessions and wider school lifeThe Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching within Early Years (Reception experience desirable) Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment framework Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning Be enthusiastic, patient and a positive team playerWhat the School Offers: Salary in line with the teacher pay scales A supportive and approachable leadership team Happy, well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn A positive and collaborative working environment INDMAN
