The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist SEN setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards their EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
