\nWe are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team during an exciting period of transformation. This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of scope to make your mark.
\nAs Recruitment Coordinator, you will take ownership of recruitment coordination across the business, managing agency relationships, supporting direct hiring initiatives, and ensuring a consistent, compliant and efficient recruitment process from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
\nWorking closely with managers, HR and external recruitment partners, you will help ensure we attract high-quality candidates while improving cost-effectiveness, retention and the overall candidate experience.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and act as the main point of contact. \n
- Develop and maintain a preferred supplier list, ensuring agencies are vetted, performance managed and providing value for money. \n
- Negotiate agency terms and rates to achieve the best commercial outcomes for the business. \n
- Analyse recruitment costs, comparing agency versus direct hire methods to drive efficiencies. \n
- Review and authorise recruitment invoices, ensuring rates align with agreed terms and conditions. \n
- Monitor agency worker turnover and identify trends to improve retention and candidate quality. \n
- Collaborate with agencies to improve retention and performance outcomes. \n
- Ensure all Right to Work checks and recruitment compliance requirements are completed. \n
- Coordinate the onboarding process for agency workers, including UKG setup and induction completion. \n
- Ensure agency workers are suitably qualified, capable and fit for their roles. \n
- Work with the Learning & Development Coordinator to develop recruitment and role insight materials that support attraction campaigns. \n
- Standardise and maintain job descriptions across the business. \n
- Source candidates directly and build talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions. \n
- Develop interview assessments and testing processes in partnership with hiring managers. \n
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, presenting the most suitable candidates to managers. \n
- Support apprenticeship recruitment and early careers initiatives. \n
- Manage the UKG recruitment module and oversee vacancy advertising. \n
- Monitor market trends and salary benchmarking alongside the HR Manager to support retention and attraction strategies. \n
- Assess candidates' skills, experience and English language proficiency where relevant to role requirements. \n
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reporting on vacancies, interviews, offers and start dates. \n
- Provide regular recruitment updates to managers, including time-to-hire metrics, agency usage and candidate quality. \n
- Coordinate offer acceptance and onboarding activities with the Staff Administration team. \n
- Review recruitment outcomes and continuously improve attraction, screening and selection processes. \n
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of pre-qualified candidates to support future hiring needs. \n
