Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead

Colchester | Full-Time | Temporary (3-Month Contract)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping to grow a business? We're recruiting for a Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead to join a growing organisation within the digital connectivity sector.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, account management and administration. You'll play a key role in attracting new customers, supporting existing accounts and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey.

• Generate new customer leads through networking, referrals and digital channels.
\n
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
\n
• Manage customer enquiries, onboarding and contract renewals.
\n
• Raise invoices, process payments and support credit control.
\n
• Produce reports, monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Support wider business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, account management, sales support or business development who enjoys working with people and building relationships.

You'll also have:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
\n
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
\n

Experience within telecommunications, utilities or a similar industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
