Our client, a respected and established organisation, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team on a part time basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity offers flexible hybrid working arrangements alongside an enhanced benefits package.

The responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
\n
• Provide financial analysis, commentary, and insight to support decision-making
\n
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
\n
• Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting processes
\n
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, and financial planning
\n
• Support year-end accounts preparation and external audit requirements
\n
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve financial understanding and performance
\n
• Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes and reporting
\n

The candidate:

\n
• Qualified, part-qualified, or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
\n
• Previous experience within a management accounting or similar finance role
\n
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
\n
• Excellent Excel skills with confidence using finance systems
\n
• Proactive, organised, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
\n
