\n Where You'll Make an Impact\n\nAs a Customer Service Advocate Dispatcher, you'll be the vital connection between customers, Field Service Engineers, and internal departments. You'll coordinate service requests, manage engineer schedules, and help ensure service activities are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational performance.

- Supporting customers with service-related enquiries. \n
- Coordinating engineer schedules and service appointments. \n
- Managing service operations to maximise efficiency. \n
- Monitoring spare parts requirements and deliveries. \n
- Working collaboratively with customers and internal teams. \n

- Acting as the first point of contact for customer service requests. \n
- Planning and dispatching Field Service Engineer activities. \n
- Coordinating appointments, resources, and spare parts availability. \n
- Ensuring work orders are accurately maintained and completed. \n
- Supporting invoicing and service administration processes. \n
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. \n
- Helping drive excellent service performance and customer satisfaction. \n
Essential:
\n• Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination.
\n• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
\n• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
\n• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
\n• High attention to detail.
\n• Experience using CRM or service management systems.
\n• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
\nDesirable:
\n• Experience within a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or service environment.
\n• Knowledge of field service planning and scheduling.
\n• Dutch or French language skills.
\n• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.
