Project Coordinator

\nWe're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of utility and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, chasing actions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on track.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress across multiple live projects. \n
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, consultants, utility providers, and other stakeholders. \n
- Track applications, approvals, quotations, legal agreements, and project documentation. \n
- Maintain project trackers, records, and electronic filing systems. \n
- Chase outstanding information, actions, and deadlines to keep projects moving forward. \n
- Support project teams with compliance, audit, and documentation requirements. \n
- Prepare project updates, monitor risks, and highlight potential delays. \n
- Ensure project files are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. \n
- Assist with project handovers between commercial, technical, and operational teams. \n
- Identify missing information and take responsibility for obtaining it. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Document Control, or a similar role. \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Proactive, persistent, and able to work independently. \n
- Strong administration and record-keeping skills. \n
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining trackers and databases. \n
Desirable Experience
\nExperience within utilities, construction, engineering, infrastructure, compliance, or technical administration would be advantageous, but not essential.
