Weekends - 6am-2pm or 12pm-8pm - Permanent - In Branch
\nSalary: £12,600 per annum + bonus (pro rata of £28,000)

\nStaffline is looking for a Weekend Staffing Coordinator to join our Operations Hub team. In this role, you'll provide vital out-of-hours support to our clients, temporary workforce, and on-site teams, ensuring staffing requirements are met across the weekend.
\nAs part of our central hub operation, you'll play a key role in filling and managing shifts, handling last-minute changes, supporting payroll administration, and assisting with recruitment activity when required. No two weekends are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working under pressure.
\nPrevious recruitment experience is beneficial, but not essential. If you have strong organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to think on your feet, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
\nWhat you'll do as a Weekend Staffing Coordinator
\nThis is a busy and rewarding role where you'll be the first point of contact for staffing support outside of standard business hours. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and fulfilling temporary staffing requirements across multiple sites \n
- Booking, filling, amending, and cancelling shifts to meet client demands \n
- Responding to worker and client queries in a professional and timely manner \n
- Supporting the accurate submission and processing of payroll-related information \n
- Monitoring absences and arranging replacement workers where required \n
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and onboarding support \n
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company processes \n
- Building positive relationships with clients, workers, and internal teams \n
- Providing effective out-of-hours support to ensure operational continuity \n
