Office Administrator Permanent Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm Stoke on Trent £12.71 ph Are you looking to kick-start your career within a professional office environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team within a well-established commercial vehicle business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 12 months' office experience who is eager to learn, develop new skills and become an integral part of the business. This role is all about keeping the office running smoothly. You'll provide vital administrative support to the wider team, helping with a variety of day-to-day tasks that allow the department to operate efficiently. No two days will be the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a long-term career in administration.Key Responsibilities\n

  • Providing general administrative support across the office
  • \n
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries professionally
  • \n
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area when required
  • \n
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing documentation
  • \n
  • Handling and organising vehicle keys
  • \n
  • Sorting and maintaining vehicle stock files
  • \n
  • Preparing paperwork for vehicle sales and administration
  • \n
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records
  • \n
  • Ordering and monitoring office stationery and supplies
  • \n
  • Supporting the administration team with day-to-day tasks
  • \n
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
  • \n
Skills & Experience Required We're looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is keen to learn and enjoys working as part of a team. You'll ideally have:\n

  • Around 12 months' experience within an office or administration environment
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • A professional and presentable manner
  • \n
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • \n
  • The ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks
  • \n
  • A willingness to learn and support colleagues wherever needed
  • \n
  • A friendly, approachable and dependable attitude
  • \n
