\nLocation: North Cotswolds (OX15 5BB)
\n Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
\n Hours: 45 hours per week
\n Shifts: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and flexible shift patterns

\nThey are seeking a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. They are also happy to consider ambitious Commis Chefs looking to progress their culinary career.
\nThe Role
\nWorking alongside the Head Chef, Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the kitchen, helping to deliver exceptional food using high-quality local and seasonal ingredients. This role requires energy, confidence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nPrepare and deliver dishes to the highest standards during service
\nEnsure all food preparation is completed efficiently and on time
\nMaintain responsibility for your section and ensure it is organised and clean at all times
\nUnderstand menu specifications and consistently produce dishes to the required standard
\nAssist with menu development and preparation where required
\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of dietary requirements and food preferences
\nMaintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
\nSupport the Head Chef and Sous Chef, stepping up when required to ensure smooth kitchen operations
\nChampion Feldon Valley's sustainability values, local suppliers and homegrown produce
\nLead by example and contribute positively to the kitchen team culture
\nWork flexibly across evenings, weekends and busy service periods
\nWhat Were Looking For
\nPrevious experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably to a Rosette standard
\nAbility to prioritise and work effectively under pressure without compromising standards
\nStrong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
\nGood spoken English
\nExcellent food hygiene and safety standards
\nAbility to work independently and use initiative
\nStrong problem-solving skills
\nCalm and professional approach during busy service periods
\nExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
\nAttention to detail and strong plate presentation skills
\nHonest, reliable and eager to learn and develop
\nPassion for food and hospitality
\nGood level of physical fitness
\nRight to work in the UK
\nAbility to work evening and weekend shifts
\nWillingness to undertake a DBS check if required
