\nYou will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced administrative team and modern case management technology.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion.

Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, leasehold and freehold transactions.
\n - \n
Provide exceptional client care, keeping clients informed throughout the transaction.
\n - \n
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
\n - \n
Draft and review legal documentation.
\n - \n
Carry out title investigations and resolve legal enquiries.
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures.
\n - \n
Meet agreed service standards and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referrers.

A minimum of 2 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
\n - \n
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer considered.
\n - \n
Confident handling files independently with minimal supervision.
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
\n - \n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
\n - \n
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
\n - \n
Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
\n - \n
Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a remote environment.
