About the role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands. Youll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include:

• Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties

• Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance
\n
• Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
\n
• Leading QA processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
\n
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
