\nYou'llbecomethetechnicalleadonsomeoftheorganisation'smostcomplexinfrastructureandcloudopportunities,workingcloselywithcustomers,salesanddeliveryteamstodesignsolutionsthataretechnicallyrobust,commerciallyviableandoperationallysupportable.
\nYou'llbesupportingschoolsandtrustswitheverythingfromMicrosoft365andGoogleWorkspacemigrations,HPEAruba,CiscoMerakiandUbiquitinetworking,WindowsServer,VMwareandHyper-Vinfrastructure,throughtoidentity,security,backupanddigitaltransformation.
\nThisroleisaboutfarmorethanproducingproposals.You'llleadtechnicaldiscovery,influencesolutiondirection,presenttoseniorstakeholdersandactasatrustedadvisorthroughouttheentirepresaleslifecycle.
\nYou'llalsoplayakeyroleinternally,helpingtoraisethestandardoftheSolutionsteambymentoringcolleagues,creatingreusabledocumentationandtemplates,andcontinuallyimprovinghowsolutionsaredesignedanddeliveredacrossthebusiness.

\nYou'llleaddiscoveryworkshopswithcustomers,understandingboththeiroperationalandtechnicalchallengesbeforedesigningend-to-endinfrastructuresolutionsacrossMicrosoft365,GoogleWorkspace,WindowsServer,VMware,Hyper-V,ActiveDirectory,EntraID,networking,endpointmanagement,backupandsecurity.
\nWorkingalongsidesales,you'llshapestrategicopportunities,producehigh-qualitysolutiondocumentation,StatementsofWorkandHigh-LevelDesigns,whileensuringeverysolutioniscommerciallysoundandcanbesuccessfullydeliveredbythetechnicalteams.
\nYou'llregularlypresentrecommendationstobothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders,includingseniorleadershipteams,buildingcredibilityandinfluencingdecision-makingthroughoutthesalesprocess.
\nAlongsidecustomerwork,you'llcontributetointernalstandardsbydevelopingtechnicaldocumentation,designtemplatesandbestpracticesthatimproveconsistencyacrossthewiderSolutionsfunction.
