Senior Building Surveyor | Central London | Hybrid

An established and growing independent building consultancy is looking to appoint a senior-level Building Surveyor to support its next phase of expansion.

You will join a high-performing team advising institutional investors, asset managers, commercial landlords and occupiers across some of Londons most prominent commercial assets.

This is a broad, senior Building Consultancy role with real autonomy, strong client exposure and a clear route to greater leadership responsibility.

What youll be doing

Leading commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
\n Delivering Contract Administration from inception to completion
\n Undertaking Technical Due Diligence and building surveys
\n Advising on dilapidations, defects and building pathology
\n Managing key client relationships and project teams
\n Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting business growth

What were looking for

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor is advantageous
\n Consultancy experience
\n Commercial property background
\n Experience across projects and professional services
\n Confident client-facing and relationship management skills
\n Ambition to take ownership and influence future growth

Salary and benefits

£65,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
