\nAre you an ambitious Lettings Manager looking to join a respected independent agency where service, reputation and relationships are at the heart of the business?\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to lead a successful lettings department within a long-established agency known for delivering a tailored, high-quality service.\n
\nWorking closely with the Directors, you'll have the autonomy to drive the department forward, grow the portfolio and lead a motivated team in a business that genuinely values expertise and customer care.\n
\nThe Role\n

• Lead the day-to-day running of the lettings department.
\n
• Manage the full lettings process from valuation through to move-in.
\n
• Carry out rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions.
\n
• Build and develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants and investors.
\n
• Coach, motivate and develop the lettings team to achieve targets.
\n
• Maximise portfolio performance and occupancy levels.
\n
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms.
\n
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation.
\n
• Act as the senior point of contact for complex tenancy matters.
\n
• Work alongside the Directors to identify new business opportunities and support the continued growth of the business.

About You\n

\n
• Previous experience in a senior lettings role.
\n
• Proven ability to win new business and grow a lettings portfolio.
\n
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
\n
• Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• ARLA qualification would be advantageous.
\n
