Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with a talent for leading teams to deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults? If so, wed love to hear from you.

Were currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for an independent provider who has a great track record in delivering high-quality care and enjoys a brilliant reputation locally. This is a charming residential care home for older people (some with dementia), thoughtfully designed to combine modern facilities with a warm, homely feel.

As the Registered Manager, youll lead and support all the teams within the home, ensuring everybody works together to deliver an excellent service for the residents.

This provider isnt corporate in style; instead, they offer warm, supportive leadership that enables people to thrive. You wont be weighed down by unnecessary KPIs and paperwork. Instead, youll be supported to focus on delivering excellent care to residents.

The Registered Home Manager role

Youll be:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home
\n
• Ensuring care is person-centred and tailored to each resident
\n
• Maintaining compliance with CQC and regulatory standards through audits and quality checks
\n
• Managing, supervising and developing the staff team, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed
\n
• Communicating effectively with residents families, social workers and healthcare professionals
\n

About you

\n
• Were looking for an experienced Registered Manager or Care Home Manager who has previously led a residential care home for older people.
\n
• Youll need a QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).
\n
• Most importantly, youll be a caring and approachable leader with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
