An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a growing and successful property department. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while handling a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will be confident in managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters alongside commercial property transactions. This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and working independently in a remote environment.

The Role\n

As part of a thriving property department, you will play a flexible role across several areas of property law, including:

    Acting for property investors and developers across the UK on residential and commercial acquisitions.

  • \n

    Managing commercial property transactions.

    • \n
  • \n

    Handling a selection of straightforward residential conveyancing matters.

    • \n
  • \n

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals.

    • \n
  • \n

    Delivering an efficient, high-quality service while managing your own caseload.

About You\n

The ideal candidate will have:

  • \n

    Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer status.

  • \n

    A minimum of three years' commercial property experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience managing residential conveyancing transactions.

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and client care skills.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong organisational, IT, and time management abilities.

    • \n
  • \n

    The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.

    • \n
  • \n

    A flexible approach and the confidence to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    • \n
  • \n

    A proven history of strong billing and managing a busy caseload.

    • \n
  • \n

    A friendly, professional, and approachable manner with a genuine team-focused attitude.

  • \n

    Previous experience working successfully in a fully remote legal role, with the ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a wider team.
