Taskmaster Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Flexi/Bendi Driver to join our clients busy warehouse and distribution operation in Droitwich (WR9).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work within a well-established company.

Duties will include:

\n
• Operating the Flexi/Bendi Truck to safely and efficiently move pallets between warehouse areas and racking systems.
\n
• Loading and unloading stock, ensuring items are stored correctly and securely.
\n
• Supporting warehouse operations with general duties such as picking, packing, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
\n
• Following all site health & safety procedures and working to high standards of accuracy.
\n
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets.
\n

The Candidate:

We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates who can bring the following:

\n
• A valid Flexi and Bendi Truck licence (or Reach licence with willingness to upskill to Flexi training can be provided).
\n
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable.
\n
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
\n
• A good level of written and spoken English to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
\n
• Must be able to start immediately.
\n

Shift & Pay:

\n
• 15:00 00:00 Monday Friday 42.5 hours per week.
\n
• Pay rate: £14.75PH 30 min unpaid break.
\n
