\nEmpowered Personnel is recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of a well-established client based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful 12-week temporary period with competitive pay, regular work and excellent earning potential.\n
\nThe Role:\n
\nAs a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering palletised goods to retail stores using a manual Class 2 vehicle.\n
\nYour duties will include:\n
\n- Driving a manual Class 2 (Category C) vehicle\n
\n- Delivering palletised goods to retail stores\n
\n- Completing an average of 46 drops per day\n
\n- Handballing goods where required\n
\n- Using a pump truck to assist with deliveries\n
\n- Working shifts of approximately 1012 hours\n
\n- Start times between 4:00am and 6:00am\n
\n- Completing approximately 34 nights out per month (£25 night out allowance)\n
\nPay & Benefits:\n
\n- Temporary (First 12 Weeks) - £17.00 per hour. Estimated annual earnings: £44,200£53,040\n
\n- Permanent - £19.22 per hour. Estimated annual earnings: £49,972£59,966\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n- A valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence\n
\n- A valid Driver CPC\n
\n- A valid Digital Tachograph Card\n
\n- At least 2 years' Class 2 driving experience\n
\n- No more than 6 penalty points\n
