\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Stopper to join our growing team, working on ongoing projects across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.\n

Essential Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum 5 years' experience in passive fire protection/fire stopping
\n
• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card
\n
• NVQ Level 2
\n
• Own transport/van
\n
• Own tools
\n
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship
\n

Experience RequiredApplicants must have proven experience carrying out all aspects of passive fire protection, including:\n
\n

\n
• Installing fire batt, fire mastic, fire collars, and fire wraps
\n
• Sealing penetrations around pipes, cables, and ductwork
\n
• Carrying out remedial fire-stopping works
\n
• Maintaining fire compartmentation
\n
• Working in occupied and void properties
\n
• Completing installation records and photographic evidence
\n
• Working to current fire safety regulations and manufacturers' specifications
\n
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
\n

Experience working within social housing, commercial, healthcare, education, or occupied buildings is highly desirable.\n
