Logistics Front Line Manager-Worksop
\nWe are currently recruiting for a Front Line Managerto join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Worksop.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with managerial, strong administration and organisational skills looking to join a supportive logistics team with an immediate start available.

\nHours: 4 on 4 off Days
\nContract: Temporary
\nPay Rate: £14.25 per hour
\nStart Date: ASAP
\nSummary Responsibilities:
\nResponsible for all aspects of same-day execution activities to manage/recover/maintain operational coverage for the STH contract
\nResponsible for GXO Fastworks platform incident preliminary investigations, data gathering, record keeping and output in-line with declared company timelines
\nResponsible for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of operational databases and records to ensure all colleague details are up to date and accurate.
\nOversight and reaction to following day scheduled activity. Escalate and resolve issues as needed.
\nCreation, population and publication of daily operational handover & situation reports for operation
\nManagement of all Vehicle tracking database records. (e.g. SEB records)
\nManaging all aspects of vehicle hire-de-hire record keeping and publication
\nManaging colleagues records and details within operational planning/tracking systems
\nManagement of working practise observation processes ( e.g. BSAfe/CCTV)
\nEnsure high quality and accurate store visit packs are created for Ops team visits
\nPublication of weekly rota documents to store team on scheduledbasis
\nManagement of driver de-brief process and checks
\nAttend regular staff/Management meetings as required
\nSupport change initiatives across the STH contract
\nManagement of vehicle amendment app and associated disciplines
\nManagement of NOA/RTW processes for STH colleagues. Escalate as required
\nAny other reasonable request
\nGeneral
\nWorking on self or team initiative, introduce new ways of working to improve, promote and share engagement initiatives, Toolboxes talks.
\nEncourage/ record and report Continuous improvement Ideas on site across all shifts.
\nTo undertake any training and development required to maintain effectiveness in the role.
\nTo achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role
