The school is seeking a confident and adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to provide high-quality cover across the school from EYFS through to Year 6.
\nThe successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils remain motivated and continue to make progress in the absence of their class teacher. This role requires a teacher who is flexible, enthusiastic and confident adapting their teaching style to meet the needs of different age groups.
\nKey responsibilities as a Primary PPA Teacher include:

- Teaching planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. \n
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment. \n
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently. \n
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff. \n
- Supporting the schools values, expectations and approach to learning. \n
For this Primary PPA Teacher role Swift Education is looking for a passionate and reliable primary teacher who:

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- Has experience teaching within primary schools. \n
- Is confident teaching across the full primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6. \n
- Has strong behaviour management skills and can establish positive classroom routines quickly. \n
- Is adaptable, organised and able to confidently step into different classrooms. \n
- Is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. \n
