The Primary PPA Teacher Role\n

The school is seeking a confident and adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to provide high-quality cover across the school from EYFS through to Year 6.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils remain motivated and continue to make progress in the absence of their class teacher. This role requires a teacher who is flexible, enthusiastic and confident adapting their teaching style to meet the needs of different age groups.

Key responsibilities as a Primary PPA Teacher include:

  • Teaching planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.

  • Building strong relationships with pupils and staff.

  • Supporting the schools values, expectations and approach to learning.

Who Are We Looking For?\n

For this Primary PPA Teacher role Swift Education is looking for a passionate and reliable primary teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • \n
  • Has experience teaching within primary schools.
  • \n
  • Is confident teaching across the full primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6.
  • \n
  • Has strong behaviour management skills and can establish positive classroom routines quickly.
  • \n
  • Is adaptable, organised and able to confidently step into different classrooms.
  • \n
  • Is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.
