Transaction Manager Role\n

\n
• Maximise finance, insurance, warranty and value-added product sales while maintaining FCA compliance
\n
• Support the sales team in closing deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience
\n
• Appraise part exchanges and assist customers throughout the buying process
\n
• Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve F&I performance and product knowledge
\n
• Monitor finance and insurance performance, reporting on key KPIs and driving continuous improvement
\n
• Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism and customer satisfaction
\n

Transaction Manager Requirements\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or a high-performing Sales Controller/Sales Executive ready to step up
\n
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
\n
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills
\n
• Commercially driven with a customer-focused approach
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
