\nPin Point Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading print manufacturing company in Peterborough to recruit an experienced Lithographic Printer to join their production team.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating modern Heidelberg lithographic printing equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.\n
\nAs a Lithographic Printer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press, ensuring all work is produced to the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient production and minimising waste.\n
\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\n

\n
• Set up, operate, and maintain a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press.
\n
• Produce high-quality printed work, maintaining colour consistency and accurate registration throughout production.
\n
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the press running efficiently.
\n
• Monitor production to minimise waste and reduce downtime.
\n
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
\n
• Work closely with colleagues across production and finishing departments to meet customer deadlines.
\n
• Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.
\n

Shift PatternWorking 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotating pattern:\n

• Friday
\n
\n
• Week 2
\n
\n
• Wednesday
\n
• Thursday
\n
• Friday
\n
• Saturday (paid at time and one-third)

\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Previous experience operating Heidelberg lithographic printing presses or similar equipment.
\n
• Strong understanding of lithographic printing processes.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
\n
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
\n
