Composite Laminator

My client, a leading supplier of composite components to aerospace, defence and marine requires an experienced composite laminator for an urgent defence project. This is a contract role outside IR35.

Responsibilities:
\n Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components.

Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals to exact specifications

Preparing, laying up, and curing pre-preg carbon fibre
\n Keep all equipment maintained

Meet delivery targets for customers while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a composite laminator in the automotive, aerospace or defence sectors

Strong background working with pre-preg materials

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

Good attention to detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Reliable, hardworking and committed to high-quality workmanship
