An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM Engineering Maintenance provider, working on a prestigious large industrial facility in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer to join a long-term maintenance contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a complex, high-profile site.

The Role

\n
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services and associated plant.
\n
• Fault finding, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
\n
• Completing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring equipment remains fully operational.
\n
• Working closely with the wider engineering team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and statutory compliance.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Must be electrically apprentice trained.
\n
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
\n
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred.
\n
• Experience within commercial, industrial or facilities maintenance environments.
\n
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
\n
