\n CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties across the Yorkshire region.\n
\n The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a wide range of HVAC equipment, with a strong emphasis on both commercial gas and air conditioning systems. You'll be working across a varied portfolio including commercial offices, student accommodation, retail sites and other commercial environments.\n

• Competitive salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
\n
• Company van & fuel card supplied
\n
• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
\n
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical plant
\n
• Service, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and heating systems
\n
• Diagnose and repair faults on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation equipment
\n
• Complete reactive maintenance and emergency breakdown call-outs
\n
• Carry out compliance checks and ensure all work is completed to current regulations.
\n
• Produce accurate job reports using a CAFM system
\n
• Identify remedial works and provide recommendations to improve asset performance.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers on site
\n
• Participate in the on-call rota
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent)
\n
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification
\n
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
\n
• Previous experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services
\n
• Experience maintaining commercial HVAC plant
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
