\nOur client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint an HR Operations Analyst to support the implementation of HR process changes within Workday to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting.
\nYour specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include:
\nAdministering of HRIS (Workday), ensuring HR processes (e.g., data input, employee lifecycle workflows) are operationally timely and accurate
\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers on system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting
\nMaintaining strong data governance to enable accurate and up-to-date HR data reporting and workforce analytics
\nExecuting the day-to-day processes that fall within the employee lifecycle
\nContributing to process improvements within HR Operations
\nDocumenting existing and improved HR processes, workflows, and policies
\nCollaborating with internal teams to review and refine HR processes
\nGenerating and managing HR documentation, including offer letters and service agreements
\nAs HR Operations Analyst you will need:
\nA 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
\n1-3 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Analyst role
\nExperience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), and Application Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse)
\nA practical understanding of the employee lifecycle and underlying HR processes
\nStrong attention to detail and organisational ability
\nProficiency in data management, governance and analytics
\nUnderstanding of GDPR
\nProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
