\nWeek 2 Monday to Thursday 14:00 22:00 & Friday 14:00 20:00\n
\nAlternative Saturdays 06:00 12:00 (paid at time and a half)\n

Duties of an HGV Technician:\n

- Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance. \n
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. \n
- Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards. \n
- Complete repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and other general maintenance. \n
- Accurately complete job cards and maintenance documentation. \n
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. \n
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment. \n
Requirements of an HGV Technician \n
\n
- \n
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician. \n
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. \n
- Good understanding of DVSA standards and compliance requirements. \n
- NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds would be desirable \n
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail. \n
- Full UK Driving licence \n
- HGV licence is desirable but not essential. \n
