We're supporting a growing and ambitious telecommunications business in Bournemouth looking to add driven and motivated Telemarketers to their expanding sales team.
\n This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, whether you already have outbound calling experience or are coming from a customer service background and ready for your next challenge.
\n Working within a fast-paced and supportive environment, you'll be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for the field sales team, engaging with senior decision-makers across a range of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
\n * Generate leads and book appointments through outbound calls
\n * Engage confidently with business decision-makers
\n * Qualify opportunities and gather key business information
\n * Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
\n * Build interest in products and services through consultative conversations
\n * Work towards individual and team targets within a sales-driven environment
Requirements:
\n * Previous experience within outbound B2B sales
\n * Confident and professional communication skills
\n * Target-driven with a resilient and motivated attitude
\n * Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
\n * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
\n * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
