\nJoselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across 8 sites in Southwest & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
\nThis position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer who is part qualified, has a good all-round engineering understanding and would like to further enhance their skill set.
\nIn return the company are offering a salary of £35,000 - £38,000, Van & fuel card , 25 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus!

\nKey duties & Responsibilities
\nCarry out all aspects of M&E & Fabric maintenance
\nPlumbing
\nCarpentry
\nPainting and Decorating
\nFlooring
\nChanging Locks
\nHanging Doors
\nLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
\nEmergency lighting tests
\nControl Panels
\nChanging Ballast
\nBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
\nAHUs & FCUs Cleaning & Filter Changes
\nAir conditioning - Service / maintenance
\nMaintain and update Logbooks
\nPlumbing & Unblocking toilets
\nRequirements
\nElectrically or Mechanically qualifications - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3
\n18th Edition (Desired)
\nA proven track record in commercial building maintenance
