Butchery Manager

We have a wonderful opportunity for anexperienced skilled Butcher to join our highly skilled team working in the role of Shop Manager at our shop located within the wonderful Blue Diamond Worlds End Garden Centre.\n
\nWorking closely with the existing established team and supported by your area manager, you will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards, providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers whilst supporting the day to day running of the shop, helping to drive performance and contribute to developing innovative, award winning quality products.\n
\nThis position is full time permanent, working 42.5 hours per week across 5 days on a 7-day rota.\n
\nKey Requirements:\n

• Proven experience as a skilled butcher with managerial responsibility in a busy retail environment
\n
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
\n
• Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
\n
• Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
\n
• Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards.
\n
