About the Role
\n Our client is seeking Residential Childcare Practitioners to join their dedicated team in children's residential homes in Walsall.

You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

What Were Looking For

\n
• Experience in children's residential care or transferable skills
\n
• Level 3/4 Children's Residential Care or equivalent - preferred rather than essential, and we welcome strong applicants who can demonstrate relevant experience, transferable skills, and a genuine commitment to working with children and young people
\n
• A full UK driving licence (essential) youll need to transport young people to appointments, school, social activities etc
\n
• Compassion, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships with young people
\n

Shift Pattern

\n
• Long shifts plus sleep ins
\n
• Rolling 3-week rota
\n
• Averaging 10 shifts per month
\n
