\nThe Role:
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and versatile Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy hospital environment.
\nAs one of our valued RVNs, you'll work across multiple areas of the hospital, supporting consultations, theatre, inpatient care and patient recovery, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of nursing care.
\nAlongside your clinical responsibilities, you'll also play an important role in supporting veterinary students, helping them build confidence, develop practical skills and gain invaluable experience within a real hospital setting.

\nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\n- \n
- Deliver exceptional nursing care across all areas of the hospital. \n
- Support consultations, theatre, inpatient care and patient monitoring. \n
- Assist with a varied medical and surgical caseload. \n
- Work collaboratively with Veterinary Surgeons, RVNs and the wider clinical team. \n
- Support the admission, treatment and recovery of patients. \n
- Mentor and encourage veterinary students during their clinical placements. \n
- Share your knowledge and help students develop practical nursing skills. \n
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care, teamwork and clinical excellence. \n
About You:
\nWe're looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys working within a fast-paced hospital environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.
\nYou'll be someone who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting others and values being part of a friendly, collaborative team.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification. \n
- Experience within a small animal practice, hospital or referral environment. \n
- Strong nursing skills across consultations, theatre and inpatient care. \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. \n
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to support wherever needed. \n
- A passion for mentoring, coaching and developing veterinary students. \n
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to exceptional patient and client care. \n
Working Pattern - We believe work-life balance is just as important as clinical excellence.
\nCore Hours
\n- \n
- Full-time. \n
- Four-day working week. \n
- Hospital operating hours between 7:30am and 7:30pm. \n
- Typical shifts include:\n

- 7:30am - 5:30pm \n
- 8:00am - 6:00pm \n
- 9:30am - 7:30pm \n
\n
Weekend Rota:
\n- \n
- 1 in 4 weekends. \n
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm. \n
