Pest Control Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join a successful and expanding team. The role offers a varied working day, visiting different sites across the West Midlands, carrying out treatments, and building strong relationships with customers.

What we need from you:

• RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Management is essential
\n
• At least 1 years experience working as a Pest Control Technician
\n
• A full, clean UK driving licence
\n
• Good written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
\n
• A professional and customer-focused approach
\n
• A proactive, can-do attitude
\n
• The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
\n

What the role involves:

You will be working across a variety of sites throughout the West Midlands, delivering high-quality pest control services to both commercial and residential customers. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, requiring a high level of independence and responsibility. Duties include:

• Inspecting customer premises and assessing pest activity
\n
• Carrying out pest control treatments in line with company standards
\n
• Undertaking minor proofing works to prevent pest issues
\n
• Producing clear and accurate reports following site visits
\n
• Managing your own schedule across multiple sites
\n
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate
\n

\n Salary: £26,000 £30,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission.

\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm. Overtime may also be required to suit business needs during busy periods.
