\n A growing national RBCA is looking for 2F Plan Checkers across the UK to join their expanding team.
\n This is a role where youll be involved from design through to approval, not just reviewing and moving on.
Key Responsibilities
\n Assess building control applications (domestic to complex commercial)
\n Get involved in pre- and post-design discussions
\n Review drawings and technical submissions
\n Support compliance decisions and approvals
\n Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and project teams
What Youll Need
\n BSR Registered (minimum 2F)
\n Strong knowledge of Building Regulations
\n Ability to manage your own workload
\n Confident communication skills
