Location: Clapham, Bedford
Hours:Onsite Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am 5:00pm)

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team specialising in the UK construction industry.

In this Estimator role, you'll prepare accurate cost estimates, review technical drawings and tender documents, liaise with suppliers, and support the sales team with competitive quotations. You'll play a key role in delivering successful projects from enquiry through to award.

Duties as an Estimator:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations
\n
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
\n
• Pricing materials, labour, installation and subcontractor costs
\n
• Obtaining and negotiating supplier quotations
\n
• Working closely with sales, production and project management teams
\n
• Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation
\n
• Identifying project risks and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
\n

What we're looking for as an Estimator:

\n
• Previous Estimator experience
\n
• Background in construction or manufacturing
\n
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
\n
• Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Excel
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
