\nAbout the Role
\nAs a Senior Support Worker, youll play a key role in both hands-on support and team leadership.
\nYou will:

- Support individuals in their own homes (self-contained flats) to live independently \n
- Promote choice, dignity, and person-centred care \n
- Help develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement \n
- Support with daily routines, including personal care where required \n
- Lead by example, guiding and mentoring other team members \n
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination \n
- Act as a link between staff and management to ensure high-quality support \n
