We are seeking an Estimator for a Faade Subcontractor who are a well known name and specialise on Architectural Aluminium, Glazing, Cladding and basically all things that make the London Skyline awesome.

You will join a very talented team and price packages and jobs from £1Million upwards and be responsible for the following:

Preparing take offs from drawings

Attending sites and meeting with clients to understand project brief

Using Excel or Estimating software to build up prices

Work with sales and bid teams to ensure presentations are on time

Ability to proactively work with Main Contractors and understand why tenders are won or lost

Be a proactive Estimator and the face of the business

Attend Bid meetings and make sure all info is in Bid Packs

Finalise and submit and pricing changes
