\nOur client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint an HRBP Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business areas, advising on policies, best practices, and people matters.
\nYour specific responsibilities as graduate HRBP Operations Analyst will include:
\nPartnering with HR Business Partners to deliver talent management initiatives
\nManaging sensitive employee relations matters
\nFacilitating core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations
\nContributing to policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements
\nTaking ownership of client-area-specific projects
\nAs HRBP Operations Analyst you will need:
\nA 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
\n3-5 years experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
\nA solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice
\nA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with longer-term projects
