Quantity Surveyor

A boutique, newly established and highly backed Construction Consultancy (PQS), are now looking to add 3 Quantity Surveyors to their Hotel focused teams in Central London.\n
\nThe Quantity Surveyors will be working within the hotel sector on new build and refurbishment projects.\n
\nAll of these hires are due to an extensive amount of pipeline (Hotel & Leisure clients) that has been awarded, and their growth is happening during the summer.\n
\nHybrid work is offered.\n
The Quantity Surveyor's Role\n
\n With great support for the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio of hotel & leisure projects across London, starting with a refurbishment in Soho and a new build in North London.\n
\nThe Quantity Surveyors will be producing high quality cost plans, with in turn continue throughout the process into the final accounts.\n
\nA high level of understanding in Hotels is important.\n
\nInception to completion duties will be part of your day to day.\n
The background of the Quantity Surveyor\n
\n

\n
• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
\n
• Minimum of 3 years experience, with the PQS firm happy with up to 15 years.
\n
• Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
\n
• Quantity Surveying background with Hotel & Leisure experience
\n
• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
\n
• Pre and post contract knowledge
\n
• Understanding within the £5M - £30M contract values
\n
