Labour Hire are looking for a WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (MOT QUALIFIED) for a well-established garage in WOOLPIT

About You:

\n
• Qualified MOT Tester (Class 4 minimum)
\n
• Previous workshop supervisory or senior technician experience
\n
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
\n
• Able to lead and motivate a team in a busy workshop
\n
• Organised, reliable, and professional
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n

About the Role:

\n
• Salary: £35,000£42,000 (DOE)
\n
• Hours: Monday Friday, 09:00 17:30
\n
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
\n
• Carry out MOT testing and assist with vehicle servicing and repairs
\n
• Support and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship
\n
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with DVSA regulations
\n
• Liaise with customers where required and help maintain excellent service levels
\n
• Start date: ASAP
\n
