Permanent
£55,000 + Car Allowance

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Asset Investment Manager to join a leading housing provider. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on asset investment planning, stock condition data and planned investment programmes, supporting the delivery of an evidence-led asset management strategy across the organisation.
\nResponsibilities of the Asset Investment Manager:

Lead the planning and delivery of planned investment programmes across the housing portfolio
\n - \n
Manage stock condition data, component lifecycle information and asset performance data
\n - \n
Oversee external stock condition survey programmes, ensuring data accuracy and quality
\n - \n
Develop long-term investment plans and forecasting to support business planning and budget setting
\n - \n
Manage EPC data and support energy efficiency and sustainability investment initiatives
\n - \n
Produce asset performance reports, KPIs and management information to support strategic decision making
\n - \n
Monitor contractor performance and planned investment delivery, ensuring programmes remain on track
\n - \n
Work closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors to improve asset intelligence and data quality
\n - \n
Line manage the Business Analyst, supporting the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards
\n - \n
Ensure asset information systems remain accurate and support regulatory reporting requirements
\n
Essential Experience of the Asset Investment Manager:
\n- \n
- \n
Experience within asset management, planned investment or asset data management, ideally within social housing
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of stock condition surveys, component lifecycle planning and investment forecasting
\n - \n
Experience managing asset data and analysing performance to inform investment decisions
\n - \n
Understanding of EPC management and the Decent Homes Standard
\n - \n
Experience managing contractors and monitoring programme performance
\n - \n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful management information
\n - \n
Relevant qualification in Asset Management, Building Surveying, Property, Construction, Data Analysis or a related discipline
\n - \n
Full UK Driving Licence
