As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store's performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. By role-modelling the DEBRA values, you will create a positive environment where colleagues and volunteers feel supported, engaged and focused on delivering impact for the EB community.

Our Haverhill?Retail Store?Manager?will join us on a 6 months temporary?basis (with a view to extend) working a contract of 35?hours?per week, 5 days out of 7?earning a?salary of £25,480?annum / £14.00 an hour.

We are a?national charity that supports individuals and families affected by?Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)?– a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

What we are looking for in our Retail Store?Manager:

You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retail?administration?and management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store in?Haverhill.
