Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:00 | Weekend work as required

\nThe Role\n
\n

As the Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving all site services equipment to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and compliance. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections and condition monitoring.

  • \n
  • \n

    Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding on site services equipment.

  • \n
  • \n

    Drive continuous improvement projects to improve plant reliability and performance.

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).

  • \n
  • \n

    Develop and update planned maintenance schedules and engineering documentation.

  • \n
  • \n

    Ensure compliance with statutory inspections and insurance requirements.

  • \n
  • \n

    Manage inspection records and support internal and external audits.

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain critical spare parts and liaise with engineering stores.

  • \n
  • \n

    Support engineering teams with mechanical maintenance and small improvement projects.

  • \n
  • \n

    Assist with new equipment installations and commissioning.

  • \n
  • \n

    Train and support fellow engineers on site services equipment.

  • \n
  • \n

    Mentor and develop apprentice engineers.

  • \n

\nAbout You\n
\n

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment and possess strong mechanical engineering skills with a good understanding of electrical systems.

    Hot water systems

    Reverse osmosis (RO) waste treatment plants

You'll be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
