Fram Executive Search Limited
Brighton, ENG, GB
Full Time
Job Description
Fram is working with a business that is looking to engage with a Tax Manager to support its work with growth companies raising capital through the EIS and SEIS regimes. The role can be based remotely or in person and offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist area that sits at the heart of the firm's work with founders, investors, and early-stage businesses.\n
\n The position is hands on and covers the full EIS and SEIS process. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility, preparing Advance Assurance applications, managing HMRC submissions, overseeing compliance requirements, and guiding clients through the practical steps needed to secure and maintain relief. There is regular client interaction, with responsibility for explaining technical matters clearly and helping businesses navigate what can often be a complex area of tax legislation.\n
\n Alongside the advisory work, there is scope to contribute to improving internal processes and supporting the continued development of the firm's EIS and SEIS capability. The role offers a combination of technical work, client engagement, and operational involvement within a growing environment.\n
\n This may appeal to someone with strong practical experience of EIS and SEIS who is looking for a role with genuine ownership and variety. EIS and SEIS experience is essential. The position would suit someone who is comfortable managing work from start to finish, dealing directly with clients, and maintaining high technical standards while working in a commercially aware environment.\n
\n Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.\n
