\nAt Mller, we're proud to make some of the nation's favourite dairy products and we're driven by ambition, collaboration and doing things the right way. We're now looking for a National Account Manager to join our Commercial team and play a key role in delivering our growth plans.\n
\nIn this role, you'll take full ownership of your accounts, leading the delivery of profitable growth through strong customer partnerships and cross-functional teamwork. Working closely with Category, Finance, Demand Planning and Operations, you'll turn strategy into action and make things happen.\n
What you'll be doing\n
\n

\n
• Owning full P&L responsibility for your accounts
\n
• Delivering strategic growth plans and unlocking new distribution opportunities
\n
• Building and leading Joint Business Plans with key customers
\n
• Shaping promotional and shopper engagement strategies
\n
• Identifying NPD and PPA opportunities aligned to customer and channel needs
\n
• Developing robust sales forecasts in partnership with Finance and Demand Planning
\n

What we're looking for\n
\n

\n
• Proven experience in an FMCG Account Management role, typically with 3 to 5 years' experience
\n
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering growth
\n
• Confident relationship builder with customers and internal teams
\n
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
\n
• A collaborative mindset and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n
